What you can do

For the time being, we await West Oxfordshire District Council's (WODC) decision on planning application 24/01177/FUL.

On the 'Documents' tab, you can see all the documents relating to the application, including the 362 objection comments. Spitfire's previous application, in 2023, attracted 184 objections. The strength of feeling locally against Spitfire's has grown - perhaps because they have shown no respect for villagers' opinions or WODC's previous decision. 

Now we await WODC's decision.

If WODC refuse planning again - and we so no reason why they wouldn't - then we fully expect Spitfire to appeal this decision. 

And we shall fight on.
